Holiday Changeovers:
We provide a laundry and cleaning package tailored to suit yourself and your property using our own cleaning materials we will
- Visit property upon departure of your guests to check your inventory and report back to you via your preferred method of contact on any damages or missing items
- Launder and Iron bed linen, towels and tea towels
- Remake beds with fresh linen
- Clean and sanitize toilets and replace toilet rolls
- Clean Kitchen workservices and cupboards
- Clean refridgerator, freezer, dishwasher, wipe oven and microwave
- Empty bins and remove rubbish
- Vacuum rugs and soft furnishing
- Sweep and mop all tiled floors including patios and terraces
- Check Light bulbs and replace if necessary
- Polish and dust furniture
- Check gas bottles are full and replace if necessary at cost
- Leave new dish cloth, pan scrub, washing up liquid and toilet rolls ready for your next guests
Security Checks:
We will tailor make a security check to suit your property with a report to be sent back to you on a regular basis this report will include.
- Inspect the exterior of the property, check drainage and all points of entry
- Check interior for mold growth damp patches and leaks
- Curtains and blinds check for mold
- Check security equipment is working correctly
- Check for pest and vermin take action
- Mail collected and forward to your home
Meet & Greet:
We would be there to welcome your guests on arrival hand over keys and show them the property ensuring that they are familiar with locks, alarms and appliances. Will be on hand for any potential emergencies
Spring Cleaning:
At the start of the letting period or if your property has been closed up for a while there is nothing better than a good old-fashioned spring clean. This includes cleaning every possible area of your property inside and out.
Additional Services:
Any maintenance paint or decorating required. From a coat of paint to building work or repairs as part of a team we can address any of these issues
Access for any expected deliveries
Be point of contact for a trades people needed in an emergency we would contact you by phone first to advise and wait for instruction
We will help you prepare for a busy letting time and assist with any marketing or sales requirements
Gardening
We would look after your garden in your absence taking care of any necessary pruning, weeding, grass cutting and watering. Any plants required would be purchased at cost.
Pool Service:
Ongoing maintenance and any repair work will be provided
