Our Booking Terms and Conditions
Minimum Booking Period:
- 1 week minimum booking. (call for shorter stays).
- Long lets available by arrangement - please phone or contact us.
Arrival and departure days and times: Will be as flexible as possible.
On the changeover day:
Following the departure of the previous guests in the morning the property will be cleaned an prepared prior to your arrival. It will not usually be ready for you before 4pm (unless we have informed you otherwise).
In the week before the start of your holiday please let us know your estimated time of arrival so we can be available to greet you and hand you a key.
Day of Departure:
On the day of departure please vacate property by 10:00am.
Gas, Water and Electricity:
Gas, water and electricity for normal domestic comsumption are included in the rental price. As heating comsumption will increase during the winter months Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb an additional charge of 30 pounds per week will be added per booking.
Bed Linens & Towels:
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the price. Beach/pool towels (ie: for outdoor use) are not provided and we ask that you bring your own.
Telephone & Internet Access:
Provided as needed please enquire with owners for charges.
Washing Machine & Dryer:
There is a charge of 2 euros for the use of the washing machine & dryer.
Payment:
Bookings will be confimed on receipt of the appropriate payment. A deposit of 30% is expected at time of booking if made more than 4 weeks in advance. Bookings less than 4 weeks are payable in full at time of booking. The final payment must be paid 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. If it is not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 100 pounds is required at time of booking. We reserve the right to deduct any related charges from this deposit if items are broken or need to be replaced or if the property is left in an unreasonable state and extra cleaning is necessary. Otherwise the deposit is refunded in full after the holiday Clients are kindly requested to replace breakages prior to departure
Cancellations:
Any cancellations must be provided in writing email acceptable. If such notification is received 28 days before the holiday commences only the deposit will be retained by us
Please note that we strongly recommend that all members of the holiday party obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance coverage. As we will not be held liable for any deaths, accidents, injuries or missing items during your stay with us.
